At Phonecases3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom-printed protection. If your case doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return your 3D-printed case.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our electronics processing center.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the phone case in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
